Legacy Giving
Honoring Wildlands Network in your estate plan shows your commitment to wildlife and pristine landscapes. We collaborate with our planned giving donors to ensure your donation supports projects that will have an impact on your legacy.
Bequests
Bequests are gifts made through your will or living trust. Naming Wildlands Network in a bequest is an easy way to invest in connectivity across North America. Bequests can be changed or modified at any time.
Charitable Gift Annuities
A Charitable Gift Annuity (CGA) can ensure income for connectivity projects while retaining secure, fixed payments for life for you and/or a designated beneficiary. You may also receive an immediate income tax deduction.
Life Insurance Designations
Making a beneficiary designation through your life insurance plan is an easy and affordable way to support wildlife connectivity. By naming Wildlands Network as your beneficiary of an individual or group term life insurance policy, the benefits from your policy pass to us free of federal estate tax after your lifetime.
Retirement Plan Gifts
Naming Wildlands as the beneficiary of your IRA, 401k or other qualified retirement plan is a simple and tax-efficient way to benefit nature. These assets are subject to two taxes when left to heirs other than your spouse. By designating Wildlands Network, the residual of your plan passes on to us tax-free, avoiding both the estate tax and income tax.
